     COVID -19 Shopper Guidelines  
     
 

As a registered COVID Safe business My Kids Market NSW has committed to keep our MKM Community Safe.

As our Markets are held in indoor public spaces our November events will be operating under the NSW Public Health Orders so please ensure you are up to date with our Covid-19 information prior to attending:

  • Only fully vaccinated people and those with medical exemptions will have access to the event. (Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 may attend with members of their household.)
  • All MKM Shoppers and attendees will be required to follow the current NSW social distancing guideline of 1 person per 4 square metres.
  • When inside the venue all attendees will be required to wear a fask mask at all times
  • All attendees must check in via the venue QR code ising the Service NSW app prior to entering the venue.
  • Prior to 9am all shoppers and attendees may be required to queue outside the venue.
  • Separate Entry and Exits doors may be in operation.
  • Covid Marshalls will be positioned at the Entry and Exit to monitor the flow of shoppers in and out of the venue.
  • Should the venue reach capacity shoppers will be required to wait at the Entry and follow directions from the Covid Marshalls prior to entering the Market.
  • Maintain 1.5m social distancing at all times this includes queuing, shopping as well as when entering and exiting the venue.
  • Practice good hand hygiene using the hand sanitiser located at the entry, exit and at the stalls. We suggest bringing a personal bottle of hand sanitiser to the Market.
  • Consider using cashless payment options at Stalls where possible.
  • Please do not attend the market if you are feeling unwell
 
     
     COVID -19 Stallholder Information  
     
  During November our Markets will be operating under the NSW Public Health Orders so please ensure you are up to date with our Covid-19 information prior to booking your stall.
  • Only fully vaccinated people and those with medical exemptions will have access to the event. (Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 may attend with members of their household.)
  • If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms it is important you DO NOT attend the Market.
  • Prior to entering the Market all Stallholders and any helpers must check in via the venue QR code using the Service NSW app. A staff member will then check the successful sign in on the Stallholder's phone prior to the Stallholder entering the venue. 
  • Stallholder Covid Safety Check- in will commence at 7am to avoid delays once set up starts at 7.30am.
  • When inside the venue all attendees will be required to wear a fask mask at all times
  • All Stallholders are to maintain 1.5m distance from fellow Stallholders 
  • Due to the current NSW government legislation of one person per four square meters, there can only be one person manning a stall at all times. Should you wish to have a helper accompany you at the Market they may assist during set up and pack down but must remain out of the stadium area during the event unless they are replacing your position at the stall. Should you require a helper to accompany you during the event for personal or medical reasons please contact us prior to the Market.
  • It is important that all Stallholders remain at their stall for the duration of the event and only leave to access the bathrooms, purchase food or rotate with their regsitered helper.
  • Please bring a bottle of hand sanitiser to place at your stall to be used by yourself and shoppers after each transaction.
  • Please consider offering contactless payment options where possible.
 
 

 


     PLEASE NOTE: Additional COVID-19 Safety Information will be provided to Stallholders prior to or on the Market Day and must be adhered to.
